CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused CSR who can handle customer inquiries, complaints, follow-ups, and support requests while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries.
• Handle WhatsApp, calls, email, chat, or other assigned channels.
• Resolve customer complaints.
• Provide accurate information.
• Maintain customer records.
• Follow up on unresolved issues.
• Escalate complex cases.
• Maintain professional communication.
• Follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintain customer satisfaction.
• Document interactions accurately.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues.
• Meet assigned customer-service KPIs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of customer-service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication.
• Strong English/Urdu communication depending on role.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• High patience and emotional control.
• Professional attitude.
• Ability to handle difficult customers.
• Good documentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Reliable and punctual.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
