Khan Digital Agency (Pvt.) Ltd. is looking for a confident, customer-focused, and professional Customer Service Representative (CSR) with fluent English communication skills to join our team.

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Job Overview

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused CSR with fluent English communication skills to handle customer inquiries and provide excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and messages.
• Communicate professionally in English.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain customer records.

Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills are mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
• Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Initial Schedule & Shift Timings

• Initial Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Regular Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Night Shift)

Candidates must be willing to work on-site and continue with the night shift after training.
