Customer Service Representative (CSR)

We are seeking motivated candidates to fill full-time CSR roles for a top BPO in the space. Whether you are a fresh graduate, first-time job seeker, or career shifter, NO WORK EXPERIENCE OR CALL CENTER BACKGROUND IS REQUIRED!

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Provide quality assistance while reaching out to clients through phone, email, and online channels.
• Solve Problems: Help clients with concerns or inquiries, offer solutions, and close concern tickets.
• Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly performance metrics while delivering great customer satisfaction.

Key Qualifications

• Experience: NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! Open to fresh graduates, first-time job seekers, and career shifters. No call center (CC) experience needed.
• Education: Senior High School (SHS) Graduate or Old Curriculum High School Graduate.
• Schedule & Location: Must be open to working 100% on-site on a night shift schedule in Pasay City.
• Skills: Good English communication skills, customer-focused attitude, eagerness to learn, and resilience.

Package & Setup

• Monthly Salary: ₱20,000 - ₱25,000
• Work Setup: 100% On-site (Night Shift)
• Location: Vertis North, Quezon City
