Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Qualifications:

• At least 18 years old
• High School/Senior High School Graduate
• College Undergraduate
• Excellent in English Communication
• Has quick thinking and problem solving skills
• Basic navigation, multi-tasking across multiple tools
• Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, holidays, or rotating schedules
