What they need
We are looking for experienced Customer Service professionals to join our team in Alabang! If you have a strong BPO background or experience in US home loan insurance, this opportunity is for you.
Work Location: Metro Alabang Town Center
Work Setup: Onsite
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of any four-year bachelor's degree.
- Must meet either of the following experience requirements:
Option 1: US Home Loan Insurance Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in home loan insurance for a US account.
Option 2: General BPO Customer Service Experience
- At least 5 years of solid BPO experience handling customer service for US accounts..
Recruitment Process:
- Initial interview – Onsite
- Assessment – Minimum passing score of 75%
- Operations Interview – Two levels

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
