Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Job Qualifications:

• College graduate
• Proficient in both Filipino and English
• Skilled in customer service and basic Excel
• Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
• Experience managing marketplace platforms such as Shopee and Lazada is an advantage, but not required
• A team player who is proactive, flexible, and cooperative
• Willing to be trained and learn new tasks
• Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office applications

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php17,000.00 per month
