Customer Service Representative (CSR)

WE ARE HIRING | CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

We are looking for a confident, professional and highly communicative Customer Service Representative to join our team in Lahore.

The role involves communicating directly with UK-based customers through telephone calls, live chat and email. You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, understanding customer requirements, following up with leads and supporting sales conversions.

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong UK English listening and comprehension skills
• Clear, confident and professional communication
• Excellent telephone manner
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Good computer and internet skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple enquiries
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, telesales or international client support will be an advantage
• Fresh graduates with excellent English communication skills are also encouraged to apply

Location: Garden Heights, Near Barkat Market, Gulberg, Lahore

Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM - (1hr Break)
Saturday (2:00 PM - 8:00 PM)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
