Customer Service Representative (CSR)

We are looking for a customer-oriented order processing agent at our Makati office. This is an on-site opening, so no need to worry about having a home office, internet, or your own computer. Willing to relocate offices when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers
• Use the tools provided to help our customers
• Recommend process improvements
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Take the extra mile to engage customers

Skills

• Strong communication skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High school /College Degree/Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
