Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location: McKinley, Taguig City (Onsite)
Schedule: Night Shift / Shifting Schedule

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries and concerns related to financial products and services through phone, text, chat, video chat, and other communication channels.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while providing an excellent customer experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Handle routine customer service tasks while following company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Navigate multiple computer systems to provide accurate information and resolve concerns.
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or senior team members when necessary.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in customer service, financial services, retirement services, insurance brokerage, or contact center support.
• at least two years of college education in any field.
• Banking and financial services experience is an advantage but not required.

Job Expectations

• Willing to work shifting schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Open to split rest days or non-consecutive days off.
• Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig City.
• Comfortable handling inbound and/or outbound calls in a pure voice account.
• Able to complete the full required training period.
• Willing to render additional working hours when needed.
