What You Will Do:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Listen to queries, provide accurate solutions, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems.

Who Can Apply?

• Education: 12th pass / Graduates (Freshers are welcome!).
• Experience: 0 to 5 years (Non-graduates require a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience).
• Languages: Mandatory fluency in Hindi & English, plus proficiency in Kannada or Tamil.
• Skills: Basic computer skills, good typing speed, and confidence in handling customer interactions.
