Customer Service Representative (CSR)

• Respond to patient inquiries regarding clinic services, laboratory tests, medical consultations, doctors' schedules, consultation fees, and operating hours.
• Inform patients promptly of changes to doctors' schedules or service availability.
• Coordinate with the clinical team, laboratory personnel, doctors, and branch personnel to address patient concerns.
• Prepare monthly report as required by the supervisor.
• Upselling of Clinic Services.
• Assist in monitoring patient feedback, satisfaction surveys, and service concerns.
• Stay updated on company products, services, policies, and marketing initiatives.
• Attend meetings, trainings, and company events, and provide support during holidays or as assigned.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• An upbeat, friendly and outgoing personality.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, email, and online communication platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willing to be assigned in Manggahan, General Trias, Cavite
