KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions
• Deliver quality customer service during every interaction
• Analyze customer concerns and provide effective resolutions
• Apply good comprehension and problem-solving skills when handling customer requests
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Meet established performance, quality, and productivity targets

QUALIFICATIONS

• College Graduate with or without experience
• Completed at least 2 years in College with 6 months of customer service-related experience
• Above-average English communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good comprehension skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Willing to work on weekends and holidays
• Willing to work on shifting schedules
