Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Hiring

Motifz Textile Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for its Lahore office.

Location: Akhtar Saeed Road, Ferozepur Road, Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift Timing: 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Salary: PKR 35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Respond to queries related to orders, deliveries, and services
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal departments for issue resolution
• Meet daily and monthly performance targets
• Escalate complex issues when required

Requirements

• Minimum Intermediate; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong communication skills in English and Urdu
• Good problem-solving and customer-handling abilities
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and CRM systems
• Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets

Experience

• Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in customer support or a call center will be an advantage
