Salary: PKR 30,000 – 50,000 per month
Shift: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)

Job Description

We are looking for motivated, confident, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). The ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers and maintain accurate records.
• Meet assigned performance targets and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
• Ability to work on-site during the specified shift.

• Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus.
