Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Night Shift Only

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in English and/or Urdu, as required for the domestic campaign.
• Intermediate, A-Level, or Graduate qualification.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Confident, professional, and customer-friendly attitude.
• Ability to work during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls professionally for a domestic campaign.
• Communicate clearly and courteously with customers.
• Provide accurate information and assist customers with their queries.
• Follow campaign guidelines and call-handling procedures.
• Meet assigned performance and quality targets.

Shift Details:

Part-Time | Night Shift Only (Male: 8:00 PM – 1:00 AM)

Full-Time | Night Shift Only (Male: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
