Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Non-Voice/Chat Support

We are looking for Call Center Agents – Chat Support to join our growing team in Davao City. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates, first-time job seekers, and applicants with or without BPO experience who want to build a career in the BPO industry.

As a Chat Support Representative, you will assist customers through online chat, answer inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers through chat and messaging channels
• Respond to customer inquiries accurately and professionally
• Resolve basic customer concerns and account-related issues
• Provide clear and helpful information
• Follow company policies and account procedures
• Meet quality and productivity standards
• Maintain a positive customer experience

Qualifications

• High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, College Level, or College Graduate
• With or without BPO experience
• Fresh graduates and applicants with no experience are welcome
• Good written English and communication skills
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Customer-service oriented and willing to learn
• Willing to work onsite in Davao City
