What they need
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Project Wheels T2 – Sales Account
Qualifications:
At least 1 year of BPO experience.
With an additional 6 months of BPO or non-BPO sales experience.
Customer-service and sales-oriented mindset.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.
