Customer Service Representative (CSR) - ₱ 21,000

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team.

Qualifications

• All segment (HS Graduate/SHS Graduate/ College Undergraduate/Graduate)
• At least 6 months of BPO experience OR 6 months of customer-facing experience.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests.
• Customer-focused, patient, and willing to learn.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays, if required.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude when assisting customers.
• Document customer interactions and update records accurately.
