KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns through voice support
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customers
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service
• Communicate clearly and professionally during every interaction
• Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate support teams when necessary
• Meet established quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets
• Follow company policies, procedures, and account standards

QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed at least 2 years in College with no back subjects
• 6 to 17 months of BPO voice experience
• BPO experience must be voice-based
• Good English communication skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving and comprehension skills
• Willing to work onsite in Taguig
• Willing to work on shifting schedules
