Customer Service Representative ( CSR - Telco Acc. ) - CDO SITE!!

• Handle inbound customer calls regarding telecommunications products and services.
• Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer issues while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Provide accurate information about products, plans, billing, and account-related concerns.
• Document customer interactions and update records in the system.
• Meet individual and team performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance standards at all times.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum).
• No BPO experience required; candidates with Customer Contact Experience (CCE) are preferred.
• Must have B2 English communication proficiency or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
• Willing to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro.
• Flexible to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays, if required.
• Customer-oriented with good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
