Customer Service Representative -Davao Site!

We are looking for dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our Telecommunications account. You will assist customers with inquiries, account concerns, billing, technical-related questions, and other telecom services while providing professional and efficient customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through phone or other assigned support channels.
• Assist with account, billing, service, and telecommunications-related concerns.
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customers.
• Document customer interactions and update account information.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service at all times.
• Meet assigned performance and productivity targets.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of BPO/Customer Service Experience (CCE)
• B2 English proficiency
• HS Graduate under the old curriculum or SHS Graduate under the new curriculum
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Customer-service oriented and willing to work onsite
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays when required
• Must be available for the hiring schedule
