Customer Service Representative (E-commerce)

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support our e-commerce operations. This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving order-related issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The position works closely with the Operations Manager and warehouse team to support smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, or platform messaging, providing timely and professional support.
• Resolve order-related issues, including shipping delays, returns, refunds, and product questions.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure accurate order processing and issue resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and assist in improving customer service processes.

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle customer issues in a professional and efficient manner.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills and ability to follow established processes.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
