Customer Service Representative - Entry Level

We are hiring an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our Orlando team.

This is a customer-facing position combining customer service and account support. Team members work directly with customers on behalf of the brands and services we represent, helping to answer questions, identify customer needs, explain available products or services, and assist with the sales process.

We provide structured training, so previous experience is not required.

Responsibilities

Provide professional, face-to-face customer service

Speak directly with customers about available products and services

Answer questions and provide accurate information

Assist with customer acquisition

Maintain a positive and professional customer experience

Accurately communicate customer and account information

Work with team members to meet individual and team goals

Participate in ongoing training and development

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable speaking with customers in person

Professional and reliable

Willing to learn and take feedback

Able to work effectively in a team environment

Customer service experience is helpful but not required

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
