- Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and update records when needed.
- Work with the team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Open to candidates with or without customer service experience.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-oriented and willing to learn.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
- Can work 100% onsite in Ayala, Makati.
- Willing to work on a morning shift.
