Customer Service Representative (Entry Level)

Job Summary

As Customer Assistance Representative, you will help create a positive customer experience by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding customers through available solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet established service-level, quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.
• Investigate customer concerns and gather relevant information to determine appropriate action.
• Maintain accurate and complete customer records after each interaction.
• Listen carefully to customers and identify the appropriate solution for their concerns.
• Assist customers with questions about products, services, accounts, or transactions.

Qualifications

• At least High School, Senior High School, or College graduate.
• Good to excellent English communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
• BPO, Customer service or Call Center experience is a plus, but not required.

Work Setup and Location:

• ONSITE - Makati, Mandaluyong Shaw, Ortigas

Shift Available:

• Nighshift, Graveyard, Midshift, Shifting Schedule
