CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (FEMALE)

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients and visitors professionally.
• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and patient queries.
• Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups.
• Provide accurate information regarding approved services, treatment packages, and consultation fees.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and relevant departments to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Handle patient concerns courteously and escalate complaints when necessary.
• Maintain accurate appointment records and customer inquiry logs.
• Support patient satisfaction, retention, and service-quality initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum Intermediate qualification; Bachelor’s degree will be preferred.
• Previous experience in customer service, reception, hospitality, or healthcare will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in spoken Urdu and English.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office and WhatsApp Business.
• Professional appearance, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
