WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Assist customers with banking and financial service inquiries
• Handle account, billing, payment, and transaction-related concerns
• Provide accurate information while following company policies and procedures
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Document customer interactions and account updates accurately
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate support team
• Maintain high customer service, quality, and compliance standards
• Meet productivity, performance, and customer satisfaction goals

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Graduate or above
• With or without BPO/customer service experience
• Good English communication skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Good attention to detail
• Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
• Willing to work onsite in Davao City
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
