Customer Service Representative (Financial)

About the role

Customer Service Representatives are dynamic and highly-driven professionals who work the phones with enthusiasm and accuracy, going beyond satisfying customer queries and concerns.

Key responsibilities

• Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services
• Open customer accounts by recording account information
• Maintain customer records by updating account information
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
• Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
• Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting and analyzing customer information
• Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

About you

• Minimum of 18 months of experience in the contact center industry
• Solid experience in telco, retail, e-commerce, or other voice-based customer service
• Good communication skills
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and handle high volume calls
• Basic knowledge in computer navigation
• Amenable to work on shifting schedule
• Amenable to work on-site
• Can start ASAP or within 30 days
