Customer Service Representative (Front Desk)

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our students and parents. From welcoming our students to keeping daily branch operations running smoothly, you will help create a positive experience for our school community.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome students and parents, and handle enquiries via walk-in, phone, WhatsApp and email
• Provide clear, friendly and accurate information about our programmes and classes
• Follow up onn all enquiries, registrations and bookings
• Manage class bookings and maintain accurate student records
• Process payments and issue receipts
• Support daily administrative tasks and branch operations

Working Hours

• 5-day work week
• Tuesday to Friday: 1.00 pm to 9.00 pm
• Saturday or Sunday: 9.00 am to 7.00 pm
• Two days off per week: Monday and either Saturday or Sunday, according to the roster

• Good command of spoken English
• A friendly, professional and service-oriented attitude
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a busy environment
• A responsible, proactive approach to work
• Candidates who can start soon will be given priority

Work Locations

We have branches in UE Square, Katong and Tampines.
