Lake Appliance Repair is seeking a CSR to add to our growing team.

We are one of the largest privately held appliance repair companies, and we want you to join us!

Our technicians provide professional in-home repair on refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, dishwashers, and more — and we need your help to be the best support they have!

Job Duties

You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. Your responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling service appointments, and providing updates on repairs. You’ll also assist with customer inquiries, process payments, and ensure a smooth service experience from start to finish.

• Answer high volume of calls
• Schedule appointments
• Validate warranty coverage
• Exceed customers expectations
• Handle first level customer complaints
• Route technicians according to skill and location

qualifications

We’re looking for a friendly and organized professional with strong communication skills and attention to detail. Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, or office administration is preferred. Must be comfortable using computers, handling multiple tasks, and delivering excellent customer support in a fast-paced environment.

• 2 years of previous call center experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong desire to provide the best customer service in town
• High school diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree preferred
