We're hiring Customer Service Representatives to work directly with customers on behalf of established brands. The position combines customer service, face-to-face sales, and promotional activities, offering plenty of variety throughout the working day.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Speaking with customers in person and creating a welcoming, positive experience.

Explaining products, services, and promotional offers in a clear, helpful way.
Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable options.
Supporting sales activities and working toward individual and team targets.
Handling questions professionally and building customer confidence.
Working with your team to deliver successful promotional campaigns.

Work Location & Schedule
