Customer Service Representative (Gaming Account)

I. Job Description:

• Reviews documents for new customer accounts, ensures that new account holders do not have restrictions or negative activities that would make impact with their account.
• Complies with regulations and attainment of specific processing requirements.
• Performs detailed data gathering and analyze the gathered data.
• Communicates efficiently and effectively with customers via Email, Chat, and Calls.
• Assists and helps customers to resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately and on time.
• Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills and most importantly empathy.

II. Qualifications / Skills:

• Completed 2 years in college or High School Graduates with at least 2-year BPO/Call Center experience.
• Must have at least 1 year customer service experience - handling chat, calls and business email writing.
• Handy with MS Windows and other computer applications.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Has a high sense of responsibility, dependability, work ethics and integrity.
• Must have good English verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have good problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to multi-task and access multiple data source simultaneously.
• Ability to probe effectively.
• Willing to work nightshifts and weekends.
• Must be amenable to work onsite.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift (Rotational shift)
• 2 days Rest Day
