RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer incoming service calls and assist customers with scheduling HVAC service and maintenance requests.
• Schedule and dispatch service technicians based on location, availability, skill level, and job priority.
• Communicate with customers regarding appointment times, technician status, delays, and service updates.
• Monitor technicians’ daily schedules and adjust dispatching as service needs and emergencies arise.
• Create and maintain accurate service work orders, customer information, and job details in the service management system.
• Coordinate with technicians, service managers, and customers to ensure service calls are completed efficiently.
• Provide professional customer service and assist with basic customer questions, concerns, and follow-up needs.
• General admin duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Minimum 2 years of CSR experience
• Dispatch experience preferred but not required
• Ability to possess and apply strong organization skills to meet the customer's service delivery requirements on time each and every day
• Utilize company computer systems to organize all service calls and customer information
• Must have high attention to detail and consistent follow-up on issues when required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
