Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to assist customers with questions, service issues, billing concerns, and complaints. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve customer issues professionally.

Required Skills

• 2–4 years of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Ability to accurately document customer information and interactions.
• Basic experience with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Ideal Candidate:
Customer service professionals with strong communication skills and experience handling customer inquiries, billing issues, complaints, documentation, and issue resolution.
