Responsibilities

• Engage with clients through inbound and outbound calls, telemarketing, and in-person interactions to promote insurance products and services
• Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and offering personalized insurance solutions
• Conduct outside sales efforts to expand the client base through community outreach and networking
• Negotiate policy terms and coverage options to align with client requirements while ensuring compliance with insurance regulations
• Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools to track leads, follow-ups, and policy details
• Provide comprehensive client communication regarding benefits administration, claims processes, and policy updates
• Stay informed on industry trends, insurance regulation changes, and product knowledge including health, life, property, casualty, and commercial insurance

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service roles with a focus on sales or insurance preferred
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively
• Knowledge of retail sales techniques and outside sales strategies
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office applications, and sales administration tools
• Understanding of property casualty insurance, and commercial insurance concepts
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
• Analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable coverage options
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to health insurance confidentiality is a plus
• Experience in benefits administration or telemarketing is advantageous
