Who Thrives Here:

• Strong verbal communication for professional client interactions
• Customer service background in financial services or non-life insurance preferred
• Experience with Auto Loan, Property Loan or Life Insurance is also preferred
• Detail-oriented in handling policy inquiries
• College graduate with at least 6 months BPO experience OR 2nd year undergraduate with at least 18 months BPO experience and 1 year insurance background
