As a Customer Service Representative - Insurance, your responsibilities will include:

• Review completeness and compliance of documents received.
• Verify accuracy of agent and license information.
• Analyze data to determine appropriate handling.
• Encode agent, license, and commission details accurately.
• Update agent records and create/post correspondences as needed.
• Identify next steps based on workflow and initiate transactions.

About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Open to college graduates, associate degree holders, and undergraduates who completed at least 2nd year in college

• With at least 1 year of work experience in any or a combination of the following:

  • Insurance Accounts
  • Healthcare Accounts
  • Retirement Services Accounts
  • Financial Accounts

• Willing to work full-time onsite in Cubao, Quezon City

• Flexible with shifting schedules and holiday work
