Customer Service Representative – IntouchCX

Job Summary: We are looking for dedicated and skilled Customer Support Representatives to join our growing team at IntouchCX. This role requires strong communication abilities, a passion for helping others, and the flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 6 months BPO experience

Typing speed of at least 40 WPM (required for Chat, Social Media, and Email support)

Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills

Strong interpersonal, listening, and stress management abilities

Ability to adapt quickly and perform under pressure

Demonstrated empathy, patience, and professionalism
