Customer Service Representative (JB)

Responsibilities :

·        To coordinate with customers on shipment instructions, documentation requirements

·        Perform daily data entry of the system

·        Respond to inquiries on order status, changes or cancellation of the orders

·        Manage and maintain backlog to ensure all the data and information are updated

·        Review and generate sales orders with full details and communicate with the customers and preparation of shipping documents to ensure the item deliver on time

·       Attend to email enquiry from suppliers/customers

·       Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Secondary School Form 5, STPM Form 6/Pre-University/Diploma of any fields

• Proficient in MS Office Applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Good co-ordination and communication skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice

• 5 days work week
