Customer Service Representative / Junior Service Advisor

Hampton, NJ | Full-time

$18–$24 per hour (estimated $37,500–$50,000 annually, based on experience)

Are you organized, friendly, and good with people? We're looking for someone to be the first point of contact for our customers, keep the front counter running smoothly, and grow into a service advisor role. Automotive experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers in person and on the phone, and schedule appointments
• Check vehicles in and out
• Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles
• Process payments and handle follow-up calls
• Learn to build estimates, order parts, and sell recommended services as you grow into the advisor role

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, able to juggle phones, customers, and paperwork
• Comfortable with computers (shop management software experience a plus)
• Basic automotive knowledge preferred; ASE C1 (Service Consultant) certification a plus but not required
• Prior experience in customer service, retail, or an automotive shop preferred
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
