Customer service representative ( Kundendienstmitarbeiter )

We are seeking multiple new Customer Service Representatives. All candidates must possess a basic understanding of English. Prior experience is not necessary. We are in search of enthusiastic and dynamic individuals who excel at multitasking.

The ideal candidate is self-driven, meticulous, possesses outstanding problem-solving skills, is committed to delivering results punctually, surpassing expectations, and contributing to the success of our teams.

Duties:

• Inputting orders into the corporate software system
• Recording packing slips and invoices
• Managing inventory within the company system
• Delivering an exceptional customer service experience both online and offline.
• Acting as an "administrative center," executing secretarial tasks such as responding to phone calls, addressing inquiries, and directing correspondence to the relevant department.
• Addressing basic inquiries and organizing mail.
• Duplicating, scanning, and archiving documents.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficient understanding of office machinery (e.g., optical scanner).
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Well-organized with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Interpersonal and customer service competencies.
• Skills in multitasking and organization.
• Capability to distribute tasks within a customer service team.
• Demonstrated attentiveness and patience.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 2.200,00€ - 2.400,00€ per month

Expected hours: 22.0 per week
