Customer Service Representative – Land Mortgage Account

We are looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our Land Mortgage account in Quezon City. The role will assist customers with mortgage related inquiries, account concerns, payments, and other financial service needs while providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of BPO or Customer Service experience
• Experience handling mortgage, housing loan, land loan, property finance, or financial services accounts is highly preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle financial and customer account information accurately and confidentially
• Willing to work 100% onsite in Quezon City
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries regarding land mortgage accounts and services
• Assist customers with account, payment, loan, and application related concerns
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions based on customer needs
• Document customer interactions and update account information when necessary
• Follow established policies, procedures, and quality standards
• Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers
