Customer Service Representative (Logistics) Outbound

** Must have full working rights in Thailand

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with customer agreements and company standards.
• Maintain accurate data records and ensure compliance with company procedures and relevant requirements.
• Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time, in accordance with established KPIs.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding moving services and provide timely assistance and relevant information as needed.
• Coordinate with the Operations team and Sales representatives to ensure smooth operations and a high level of customer service.
• Ensure all costs are entered accurately and within the required KPI timelines.
• Coordinate with the Traffic team to ensure shipments are handled and forwarded in accordance with customer agreements.
• Liaise with the Traffic Outbound team to ensure shipments are dispatched and delivered to their destinations as scheduled.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2-3 years of experience in the moving or relocation industry is preferred.
• Experience in import and export operations is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, strong teamwork, willingness to learn, and adaptability.
