About the Company:
Our client is a reputable company in the packaging manufacturing industry, currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to support their business operations.

Job Description:

• Handle and process customer orders received from the Sales team
• Manage order-related administrative tasks and documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Maintain communication with customers regarding order progress and updates

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Administration, or Sales Support
• Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Experience using SAP is an advantage

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 08.00 – 16.30
• Saturday: 08.00 – 11.30
