Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in France via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Process customer orders, inquiries, and complaints efficiently and professionally
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and customer requests
• Coordinate order management activities and ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Maintain accurate customer records in our ERP/CRM systems
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics, Supply Chain, and other internal departments
• Handle returns, credit notes, and customer issue resolution
• Monitor customer satisfaction and contribute to continuous service improvements
• Support administrative tasks related to customer service operations

Your profile:

• Completed commercial, business, or administrative education, or a comparable qualification
• Native-level French or fluent French language skills (written and spoken)
• Good English skills are required; German language skills are an advantage
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Inside Sales, or Order Management is preferred
• Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with ERP systems is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently
• Team player with a positive attitude

• A permanent full-time employment contract (CDI)
• Part-time opportunities available, minimum 32 hours per week
• A competitive salary between € 2.750 and € 3.350 depending on experience (based on 40 hours)
