Customer Service Representative - MOA

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. The role involves assisting customers with their questions, addressing service-related issues, and providing timely solutions to ensure a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer questions and concerns through phone calls, emails, live chat, or other communication channels.

• Explain product features, service details, account information, and applicable procedures clearly and accurately.

• Assist customers with billing concerns, service requests, technical issues, and other inquiries.

• Identify appropriate solutions to customer problems and coordinate with relevant departments when further assistance is needed.

• Document customer interactions, update account information, and maintain accurate records.

• Build positive customer relationships through active listening, patience, and professional communication.

• Work toward individual and team performance goals while maintaining service quality.

• Observe company guidelines, confidentiality requirements, and data protection standards.

Qualifications

• High school graduates, college undergraduates, and college graduates are welcome to apply.

• Applicants with or without previous BPO experience may be considered, depending on account requirements.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software applications.

• Strong listening, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

• Patient, adaptable, and capable of handling customer concerns professionally.

• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, when necessary.

• Willing to work onsite, depending on the assigned work location.

Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php26,000.00 per month
