CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – MORNING SHIFT

Location: Bagong Pag-asa, Quezon City

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree of any 4 year course
• 2 years experience in customer service, call center, or support experience preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to work overnight hours consistently and reliably
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfort with computers, data entry, and customer support software
• Ability to remain professional and patient in challenging situations
• Strong time management and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or support platforms during night shift hours
• Resolve customer concerns related to orders, accounts, billing, returns, or service issues
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the company’s support system
• Escalate complex or unresolved cases to supervisors or appropriate departments
• Follow company policies, scripts, and service procedures while maintaining a personalized approach
• Monitor support queues and manage response times to meet service level expectations
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and promotions
• Identify recurring customer issues and share feedback for process improvement
