QUALIFICATIONS

• High School / Senior High School graduates
• Freshers and applicants with no BPO experience for select accounts
• Preferably with minimum of 6 months to1 year call center experience for specialized/niche roles
• Good English communication skills
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
• Open to be profiled to any available accounts and sites

Travel (GDS), BFSI (Financial), Healthcare, Digital Ads, or SQL experience is a plus!
