If you’re the kind of person who can juggle a dozen things, keep your cool when the phone rings for the fifth time, solve a customer’s problem, make a sale, and still remember where you put the paperwork… we should talk.

This is not a “sit at a desk and answer phones” job.

It’s a fast-paced, people-focused position where you’ll wear a lot of hats. You’ll help customers with billing and account questions, troubleshoot service concerns, sell and recommend GBT & NTW products, coordinate with coworkers and other departments, process payments, maintain customer records, complete work orders, and jump in wherever you’re needed to create a great customer experience.

In other words: you’ll never wonder what you’re supposed to do today.
