Customer Service Representative (Night Shift)

Location: College Road, Township, Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Monday – Friday)

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally via phone.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during every interaction.
• Record customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Meet quality standards and performance targets.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Customer Support or Call Center experience (required).
• Minimum education: Intermediate (FA/FSc, ICS, I.Com, or equivalent).
• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work permanent night shifts.
• Must be punctual, responsible, and committed.
• Candidates who can commute easily to our office in College Road, Lahore will be preferred

Salary: PKR 40,000 – 50,000 per month
